Leaders: Don't worry about what other leaders are doing in their ministry and don't try to emulate others if it's not your calling. God has anointed you to fulfill the vision He has placed in your spirit.
"But what if I don't do this thing that this other leader is doing?" or "What if someone is doing this or that and it's taking away from what I'm doing?"
DON'T WORRY!
There is confidence in Christ--the battles have already been fought and won. It is commonly taught to young leaders to "protect the anointing" on your life... but sometimes we stretch that protection to our job security, tithe, ministry, church, and congregation.
However, Christ's church needs no "protection" from us. You and your members are right where they are supposed to be and if you're walking in His will and love, there is nothing and noone that can stop that.
Let's focus on protecting our hearts and spirits so that we may give God our entire anointing... He has promised to take care of the rest.
